The interview process was chaotic and unprofessional. I had three interviews with the organization and all three were cancelled/rescheduled at the last minute. I had two separate interviews with HR that were exactly the same (I went over my resume twice — what a waste of time) had to answer a test with inane questions, and had an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked no relevant marketing questions (asked sales questions) and bad-mouthed the former employee. I didn’t make it to the next round — thank goodness. A week later, one of their recruiters contacted me to interview because he was unaware that I had already been a candidate. The company is a disaster. Run!
