It was really nice experience. the HR and hiring manager were accommodative. The decision was quick and offer is also fair with my talent. There were not assessment back then. But the hiring manager asked a lot of case studies.

Very quick process, first step HR calls you and arranges interview (2 stages) completed in 1 week. Interviewers were friendly and easy going and asked alot of questions. overall experience was good and i would apply again
