I was told this sequence.
1. Recruiter screening
2. 3 hour coding session / take home project.
3. Hiring manager
4. Panel interview.
Recruiter ghosted me out after that.
I despise take home projects if they go over an hour and I'd be surprised if anyone has time to attend this long process.

Worst experience: The interview was vague, not sure what they wanted from interview, my technical skills or my behavioral skills. Gave many around 6-7 interviews, everyone asking me same questions, nothing great and nothing where i can show my technical skills.
