Initial call and follow up email was the scheduling procedure and interview was virtual. Interview was with potential supervisor. Overview of position was explained. Good questions and answers and time to explain strengths and also honest feedback about the job title and the responsibilities. Overall this position will write and follow instructions with little leadership responsibilities and little investment in creativity.
