Recruiter reached out through LinkedIn and we tried connecting various times before it finally worked. We had a great conversation and was asked to send my resume over and apply online. I applied and confirmed with them and after that, never heard back. I emailed again to check in and see if there was any word and still did not hear back. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you get zero reply or feedback.

Company flew me to their location to meet the leaders of each major function. It was a 2 day process with several personal meetings, and the ability to watch a business update meeting.
