Recruiter came to university and handed out information. They also accepted my resume and business card. This was at a "Meet & Greet" kind of event so I also talked with the recruiter about my background and they explained the structure of their company and some benefits to working there.

Straightforward interview no technical questions. It is more of a conversation to assess your personality and if it aligns with the company. Typical interview questions like what do you expect to be doing in the next 5 years.

Entretien
They do a Prescreening Interview with HR. Then if you are what they are looking for, they will do an on-site interview. After the on-site interview you may be offered the role or rejected.
