I was first interviewed by the actual manager, and then by 2 other receptionists that the manager said were here "team leads, not on paper but by heart". One of them was dressed in filthy scrubs and dirty pink Crocs (which I was told were not allowed" and she smelled awful. The other one was super sweet but you could tell she was overworked.

Their interviewing processes is very thorough. It’s a two-parter. They’ll first get the managers of the unit to do the interview as a group, and then part 2 is a peer interview, which I liked because you get to know your fellow co-workers.
