I submitted my resume to Cargill at a career fair. Later, I got a call for a follow up interview. Then had a 3:1 interview. It seemed a bit intimidating at first, but it turned out to be very relaxing and fair. The questions were pretty typical interview question. Cargill seems to be very professional. Other key points to note is that they are very involved with community service and really seem to promote safety throughout the company. I was very impressed with their safety policies.

I was contacted for an on-campus interview after applying online and talking to recruiters my school's career fair. Interviewed with 2 people, interview was 45 minutes with the majority of the interview time being Q&A behavioral questions.
