Overall, the process went fine and friendly. Four interviews.
At the end, i knew from the process and from my experience that all was waste of time and the decision was taken in advance. It was just formalities to have several candidates for documents filling.
I encourage candidates who have valuable time not to waste their times with silly questions like describe and tell us ....etc
I manage an organization for years, i had hundreds of hiring process in my team, never go unprofessional this way.
Honestly, i am disappointed to see such unprofessional engineering management in Cargill!
They did not ask me any single professional technical question. Means that either they are not looking for professional candidate or they don't know how to hire a fit candidate.

A very unpleasant experience. How else could you define to be interviewed by top managers who have not spent a single minute reading your resume BEFORE the interview actually takes place? Arrogant attitude (a kind of "we are the best of the best") and unfair comments ("if someone is not hyper competent in his field he is not going to last much time here with us").

Standard interview questions, be aware that they already have a "right" answer in mind, so there are chances that you be interrupted several times because you are giving them the "right" answer...
