Constitutes of 3 steps:
1. Recruiter: contact with the international recruiter for traineeships.
2. Hiring Manager (Site manager): Multiple steps along with a behavioural test with the hiring manager. Direct contact with the hiring manager along with motivational reasoning and background tests.
3. Site Supply chain manager: Coordinating expectations and work with the actual supply chain manager.

First round: resume and cover letter check
Second round: very general behavioral questions via telephone with the HR department in Sofia
Third round: face to face interview with hiring manager at Cargill Schiphol
Fourth round: case interview and discussion with hiring manager at Cargill Schiphol
