The interview process consists of 3 rounds that were dragged on. The Human Resources team/ recruiters were not professional, going long periods with no updates before confirming that I've qualified for the next round. There were also evident miscommunications between the hiring team and the recruiting/Human Resources team as a whole.

Initial Phone call with HR followed by 2 interview rounds with Senior Managers and Senior Analysts. I was offered the position the very next day. The whole process went smooth.

Describe what would you do if you have a conflict with a team member.
First round was a call with HR - straightforward, basic questions, recruiter would defer all role-type questions to hiring manager, short session.
2nd round was with hiring manager - hiring manager asked from a list of defined questions, went along in a mechanical fashion.
