The worst experience having in an interview process is probably with Cargill. I applied on Thursday. On Friday they called me to arrange an interview for Monday. On Monday I had an MS teams meeting with a recruiter, who was not even on LinkedIn.
He came to the interview, not being prepared, unprofessionally dressed and he started reading questions that he had in front of me, to explore and understand my previous working experience. Not having experience with the expertise in my field, I believe he wasn't able to understand even typical and very common tasks. That lasted 20 mins.
In the rest 40 mins, the recruiter was phishing information about the company that I am currently working, about the Covid-19 easement processes, the transformation projects, the salaries, the culture etc. Although I was providing only the information, which is public and stating that there is also part which is sensitive and confidential, he was making comments that not providing the responses "will not help me in this recruitment" process.
Now that I am writing this again, I really don't believe that it happened and that I engaged to such a process.
