Skype interview with 2 employees took 30 min total and asked mainly behavioral questions. Nothing surprising came up but interviewers were very professional throughout the entire interview.

Entretien
After initial application you will be approached with an email to set up a phone call interview. If you pass that you will be flown into Cargill HQ for an in-person interview. Final decision will be made around 2 weeks after the in-person interview.
