The interview process was very straightforward and simple. There were about four rounds of interviews. The interviews were all very conversational with no gimmicks or tricks. The interviewers wanted to make sure you would be a good fit and adhere to the principles outlined in the teamwork booklet. Knowledge of SQL and database design helps in technical round, but it not a must have

The interview process involved some technical questions, but nothing out of the ordinary or unfairly difficult. The interview did not involve any on-site coding and there was no coding assignment.
