First was basic questions such as previous employment and what skills/experience match the job criteria then second was more technical questions such as geographical knowledge

Interview process was a phone interview and then in person interview. They asked basic interview questions. Available hours requested due to ability to work on holidays since it is a 24 hour operation.

Entretien
Very fast! Pre screening was pretty straight forward! It was a 10 min phone conversation followed by an email invitation.
Interview was with 2 the operations manager and the district manager over the phone! At the head quarters.
Waited about 5 days for the call back.
You might require a week or two of training.
Training is paid at a full paid salary
