I first had a telephone pre-interview before having my actual interview which on on Microsoft teams. The interview was in two parts, first with the recruitment manager and the second half was with the registered manager.

Very thorough and professional. I was given a lot of information about the company and also I could ask questions. Very well supported right through to job offer and training.
