The Hiring Process is fine but could be improved in an organised manner. The interview process can reduce the processing time.Interview process is fast but hiring process takes time. The selection process takes time.

Easy but lengthy.. HR round then Top management face 2 face round. Then Manager Round. Required almost full day to complete the process. Bu they do make you wait as its not the smooth process.
