I applied through LinkedIn and received a phone call and email for a phone screen a few days later. The recruiter was excellent and gave me clear expectations on what to expect during each stage of the process. I was asked to come back and interview with the hiring manager the following week. After that interview, I was asked to come back to meet the team, and interview with other senior leaders in the organization. Overall, I was impressed that they all had a say in the decision. It was a very positive interviewing experience!

The interview process was very thorough. I was interviewed by people from several departments and different levels. I appreciated the opportunity to meet many of the people I would be working with. It was great to know that all stakeholders would be involved in making the hiring decision. It was also helpful to hear about the expectations of the role from so many different perspectives. The recruiter who managed the interview process was very clear in setting expectations in regard to timing and the process.
