The recruiter reached out via LinkedIn to see whether I was interested in the open position. We had a roughly 45 minute phone screen. A few days later, I then spoke to the hiring manager for an hour over zoom. I then spoke to another team member/ training manager over zoom a couple days after. I did a short trial with the training manager.
