The interview was conducted virtually with 3 Care Management Directors. I know one of the directors so the interview was more relaxed than it may have been. There were more challenging questions from the other directors and they focused on adaptability, timelines and being able to prioritize responsibilities.

Great interview I felt confident and comfortable. I had an initial screen followed by the actual 45 minute interview with the regional manager. The interview process went very well, I can’t complain.
