Interview process included three interviews: HR associate Meeting, Group Roleplay Interview, Value Presentation Interview. This process was swift and purposeful and helped both my employer and myself align our values better.

The entire process was extremely streamlined. It's the beginning of a very well oriented onboarding system. The interview process was a 3 step process done virtually. There was an emphasis on not only where I am now, but where I want to grow. Cardone Ventures has put a lot of time, energy, and money into their systems development. The interviewers were very communicative, punctual, and friendly. There was clear expectations set and transparency was prevalent. It was a pleasure to work through that process and gain conviction that this organization knows what they're doing at a high level.
