No problems with interview process, that was fine. I do want to say that they advertise a hire on bonus of $5000, but that isn't true. It is actually a first year perfect attendance bonus but they don't tell you that when you interview or even with your offer, you learn it after you resign your last job, work hard out your notice there, and get halfway through the paperwork orientation day. I think this is less than honest. If it is a hire on bonus then it should be paid for hiring on, like the name says. They should advertise a first year perfect attendance bonus because that is what it honestly is.
