An interview invite from this company DOES NOT guarantee you will be interviewed and they have no problem stringing you along before eventually cancelling the interview. I was invited for an interview call with the program director and it was scheduled a week out. Just several hours before the interview the director e-mails me that they have a conflict and need to postpone a week. Fast forward to the next week, and again just a couple hours before the interview they e-mail me again that they aren't feeling well and need to postpone a week. Fast forward to the next week and just 15 minutes before the interview I get an automatic notification that the video call has been cancelled. No explanation. I immediately e-mail asking when we can reschedule and don't get a response. A week later I get a boilerplate e-mail from HR that they've moved on and will not be considering me. Extremely unprofessional.

It was a good conversation asking about past experience with USAID. I had to provide examples of the projects I'd worked on. The people were easy to talk to. There were two interviews 1st in person and 2nd online.
