Asked behavioural questions, safeguarding questions and completed tasks on the computer showing typing skills and understanding of MS software. Was contacted the same day to say that I interviewed really well but that they went with a candidate with more direct experience. They did offer to put me forward for a different role within the school but the hours didn’t fit around my family responsibilities.
