I had two interview sessions with 6 people in each session. These were Supervisors managers and leads for the sales force. I felt it was a bit extreme and felt that I was put under a huge microscope which made me feel uncomfortable. I felt that I answered the questions correctly and to the best of my ability but felt that it wasn't enough since, there was always one or two people being too quiet or too loud with questions. It is easy when you are talking to just one person because you can feel them out and eventually see where the conversation is going, but with more than one person in the room, you don't fully connect with anyone. While you are speaking to one person, there is another taking apart and analyzing all your words.
