The first round phone call was easy, I didn't like how they weren't accommodating to anyone who doesn't live in eastern time, and only offered one interview time, therefore having to do an interview at 6:30am. Honestly felt like they wasted my time because it seems they only cater to and hire people for their east coast offices and felt that they just led me on even though they probably aren't even offering internships near me, although they made it seem like it. One of the interviewers was apathetic and old school, which isn't a good thing for changing times. Additionally, there wasn't much diversity regarding race. Honestly, there's much better companies that won't waste your time and offer much better programs and benefits.
