Brought in to interview for a job by two people. A job I was obviously qualified for, since I have had experience, as to transporting at all of the hospitals I would have to visit. One of the interviewees does not ask me a single question during the entire interview and by the next morning, I am sent an e-mail that They were "moving forward" in another direction. The whole process felt like the job was being saved for someone's cousin or brother-in-law. It felt that I was just being used to fill some company's interview quota for this job. But what made it seem worse was that it felt like age discrimination.
