I applied by an outside recruiter during the summer but got rejected. Several months later, I got a call by the internal recruiter and had the usual phone screen and group interview. They moved quickly and I sensed that a possible offer was about to develop.However, I backed off because I noticed some red flags during the interview process and did not want to proceed further.

The interview process by the hiring manager and Human Resources partner was behavioral in nature and was not difficult and focuses predominantly and mainly on experience, cultural and team fit.

This was a telephone based interview. Submitted a resume, scheduled a time via email and went over interview questions in a fairly informal format over the phone. Took about a total of 30 minutes.

Formal and very lengthy. A panel interview with 6 people followed by a tour of the facility with a lot of small talk in between the meetings. The interviewers were professional and curious.
