Standard behavioral interview looking for examples of. leadership, collaboration, innovation and focusing on priorities. My first interview was a screening inteview with an HR recruiter. I then interviewed in person with the hiring manager and some of his peers.

Straightforward interview process (initial phone screen, video interview with hiring manager, interview with peers and a more senior leader). Communication was clear and direct and the questions were pretty typical. I got a job offer elsewhere before my final round interview so I withdrew my application.
