Interview was uncharacteristically nontechnical. Was interviewed by the director of the department only, no managers or supervisors. It is a huge red flag if the interviewer cannot tell you who your supervisor will be or who will be working on your team, much less get a chance to talk to them. I would never take a position under these circumstances.
