I spoke with them at an on campus career fair and got invited to a networking event. I then submitted my resume and got an email about an on campus interview. It was 2, one on one, 30 minute interviews. They were all behavioral questions. Very nice people who made you feel at ease.

After you submit your application they send you an email for a screening phone call you schedule one with them and then offer you a Interview on the spot depending on your answer. The usual way the process goes.

Phone screening, basic tell me about your resume, biggest challenge, why cardinal health? Also why this major and future career plans. Pretty easy and low stress environment. 20-30 minutes at most

Where do you see yourself professionally in 3-5 years
Process was very organized and well thought out. I talked with 2 managers for 30 minutes each within the function I was applying for. The college relations team reached out fast and was on top of setting everything up
