Came in was told about the position, asked a bit about my resume and then hired. They are really just looking for anyone who can spell their own name. And who doesnt mind working a lot.

Came in after calling and visiting a number of times to show my enthusiasm for the job, the interview at that point was more of a "we like your attitude, when can you start?". Having given a lot of interview now that I was promoted to a managerial position, the questions aren't difficult. Mostly looking for good personality fit.
