Application: form, full academic CV, zoom meeting with HoD, covering letter including teaching and research statements.
Interviews: 3 total
1st - presentation of teaching and research (10-15min) + 45min questions to panel (5 academics).
No technical knowledge of subject area was needed.
Kind and sensible. Very reasonable approach which clearly put the students first, which chimed well with my educational approach. . . . . . . . . . . . .
