I applied online by answering a 5 question questionnaire and submitting my CV, I then received an e-mail about 2 weeks following my application asking me to attend an in store interview. The interview was very casual and it seemed if you get called for an interview and turn up looking and sounding okay you'll get hired. This has been over Christmas time though so there were a lot of vacancies.
Very easy, basic questions with very short answers. Not as long as a regular interview, and the interviewer was very nice. Do not stress over it as the process is simple.

Easy process . Applied on line got back to me 2 months later though. Was asked to come I for an interview over email . Didn’t get to chose date . They chose for me. 1:1 interview. Lasted about 10 mins although the women holding my interview was late as she was with the manger of the store
