Questions d'entretien chez Carbon Lighthouse

This interview entailed several rounds: phone screen, a take home project (timed), 3 in person projects and several in person interviews. Each were spaced out by approximately a week. All steps were thorough, thoughtful and organized. The interview team of 3 people, was friendly and engaged.

The recruiter sets up a phone call for a screening and in an attempt to be fair, is really robotic with the questions. It is literally "tell me about your interest in carbon lighthouse" and then 20 rapid fire variations of "tell me about a time when". Be ready to tell lots of stories that you can hopefully relate back to what carbon lighthouse does.
