The interview process is well organized and efficient. The HR team at Carbon is awesome, very friendly and helpful. I had a tight timeline. My recruiter, Sean Ivich, helped setup interview with hiring manager on same day and had quick turnaround at every step of the interview process. Started with a recruiter. Interview was fully remote because of covid, but it had a clear "phone screen" followed by several like you'd have on-site.
Picked up on a few yellow flags throughout the process, but they were nice enough to schedule me some extra time with another one of their engineers to clear them up.
