The interview process took about 2 months from start to finish just because the team went on spring break in the middle and it took a second for things to get started back up. It starts with a personality and logic-based assessment before getting to speak to a recruiter. That took a week or two to hear back about. Once speaking to a recruiter, you are moved to a hiring manager for a case interview. This case has no right answer, they just want to see how you think about a hard problem under pressure. If you pass this, you get to a super day which is a mix of behavioral interviews and data science cases. Nothing too crazy, but think it'll vary from position to position. I interviewed for a position that's more modeling heavy, which means that reviewing basic machine learning concepts was very helpful. I used Interview Query to prep, but honestly could've just reviewed concepts online for free. I think Interview Query was a bit too complex for what the data science cases required.
