Long process and at times quite disorganized and even unprofessional (left me sitting in lobby for 30 mins b/c had gaps in schedule). Extremely time consuming so only go for it if you really, really want it. Also, had no interview agenda to provide me. Poor at returning calls.

I first spoke with a recruiter who was very helpful and easy to speak with. I then spoke with the hiring manager who asked a lot of great questions. I received a call stating I would not be moving forward in the interview process. When I reached out to find out where I missed the mark I got no response. That was very disappointing.

Entretien
Very long and tedious process. Went several weeks after first interview to get contacted for second. Interviewed with multiple leaders including the head of HR. Acted a little pompous. All behavior based questions. They did not want to hear anything about strategy. Just tactics. If you don't give them the exact answer they're looking for, you're done.

Phone interview and 2 in person interview. Basic situational questions. They are looking for specifics. The phone interview is asking about basic work history as well as skill question. They verify the information on your resume. One of the in person interview is a panel format.
