3 panel interviews, typical behavior based questions, last interview with GM. first interviews with middle level management. I would suggest you write out your interview scenarios and practice them at home. No knowledge of cars is needed because that can be taught. Be sure to have your own questions prepared to ask.

All "Tell me about a time questions" that usually fall into their core competencies categories. Pretty intense and must be STAR strict. Usually for higher up positions its usually 2 interviewers between two to three different interviews.

Long interview process. Had three separate interviews and also had to take a math competency test. The staff were very friendly and I felt like the managers tried to find the best candidates.

1 week total from start to finish, 1st a 100* question online test, 2nd a phone interview, then a panel interview with 2 senior buyers and a purchasing manager that took 4-5 hours
