I was emailed by a Cargurus recruiter. He found me on LinkedIn and asked if I would be interested in talking about a position with their finance team. I emailed back to get more information. I was told it was a supervisor position and told him I was interested. When I looked on their site, their was no such position, so I emailed back and heard nothing. I ended up contacting him a few times, until two weeks later or so I finally heard back. Their was now a job description. I looked at it and it still was not what we discussed, but the company seemed intriguing enough that I still wanted to find out more. We made an appointment to speak on the phone. He was ten minutes late and I left a message that we should maybe talk in person at a different time. Literally within 10 seconds of me leaving that message he called. The first ten minutes were spent by me asking questions about the position to really pin him down on what the job was. Then he spent ten minutes talking to me. Said he would get back to me and never did, despite me contaci g him multiple times. Huge waste of time.

Entretien
Interview had three rounds, met with multiple levels of management and direct report. Had continuous solid communication leading up to the interview. Felt welcome at the office and was immediately offered snacks/drinks. Took a tour of the office before meeting members of the team. Engaged in good dialogue about the company and the industry.
