Very straight forward and stress free. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and polite. I heard from the recruiter and spoke with her over the phone about a week and half after I applied. I was then scheduled for a follow up call with one of the marketing managers the next week. I went to their office the third week for an in-person interview and met with three of the marketing team members for a total of 1.5 - 2 hours. While I did not get the job, they were prompt in following up to let me know (I was also sent a survey from a third party service asking to provide feedback on the process). I asked the recruiter for any feedback on my interview and she scheduled a call! This is not only the first time I feel that I've received a genuine response (if any) as to why a company has decided to move forward with other candidates, but this is the only time a recruiter got on the phone to answer my questions. This was probably the best aspect of the entire process and I greatly appreciated it.
