initial contact and communication was fast as interview went in my favor, screening was performed prior to offer letter being received made the process easier to deal with. Professional and courteous annual summit was very much helpful in networking and understanding deeper levels of the business. All this was explained previous to accepting role.

Dealing with many adversities, the most common questions are obvious and repetitive as the point is not to redirect blame only as to make aware that so much is out of ones control as a 3rd party entity. Regardless of this fact the same questions continued. Paper chasing per auditing was initially difficult to maintain as the protocol was extensive yet attainable after the second attempt.

Good communication from the recruiter leading up to the interview person interview with the hiring manager, then no replies or updates for over a month. After a second in person interview with the same hiring manager, then completely ghosted. Not respectful of your time.

Talked to Senior director on phone. Whole process just felt like a nice conversation and was done in 15 or 20 minutes. I an internal hire, so I skipped the first intrview which would have been with Director.

Went through an online application, comprehensive online assessment, background check then a series of phone interviews. After second phone interview there was no further contact or return of phone calls. Absolutely no notification of decision of any kind. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Don't waste your time here.
