I had two interviews with Capitalize. The first was a positive experience and aligned well with my expectations — it was structured, engaging, and gave me a good sense of the role. The second interview, however, felt unstructured and left me uncertain about how that person’s role connected to the position I applied for. It seemed like they hadn’t reviewed my background, and I found myself leading most of the conversation. After that, there was no follow-up for two weeks, so I reached out. I was told I would hear back soon, but another week passed before I was informed that the role had been offered to another candidate. Overall, while the first conversation was promising, the process lacked clarity and communication in later stages, which made it difficult to fully assess the opportunity.
