The interviews consist of one case interview, three behavioral questions and at least three technical questions. For the coding questions, you may choose to write in any programming language, they are looking for if you know how to code and solve problems. At the end of all interviews, you will be invited to have lunch with Capital One representatives. It's a very nice interview process, they take care of everything, but the interviews are difficult.
