Super straightforward process. First round w/ 1 interview (likely a case), followed by a Super/Power Day with 3-4 interviews (likely a couple of cases and a behavioral interview). Recruiters/Capital One team members clearly state expectations and are very responsive throughout.

Case interview with business strategy and accounting concepts. Not too difficult but information is presented in a way that can make it challenging. Definitely practice using different case studies beforehand as first round interview and both second round interviews were the same style.
