I was converted from a subcontractor to an Associate so the interview process is much easier than if you are trying to get into Capital One from the outside. You just have to take a couple of tests (reading comprehension and math) and go through background check.

Long in person interview. Prep, prep prep on the STAR way of answering a question. Expect nothing so you won't be upset when you don't get it and don't get any real feedback on why.
