Another company with a ridiculous hiring process and incompetent recruiters! I applied online having met 100% of the requirements listed in the job description. For programming skills, it only listed SAS or SQL, both of which I know. A few days later, without any introductory phone call with a recruiter, I get a request to complete a programming assessment (HackerRank coding challenge) in Python, a language not listed in the job description. Fortunately, I know Python and was able to complete the challenge. The recruiter does not acknowledge my submission or follow-up e-mail, then three weeks later I finally get another e-mail about setting up an interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter does not read my availability times correctly and schedules the interview for the day I told him I was unavailable. I just rescheduled my prior plans as I did not want to deal with this much longer. I get a phone call from the hiring manager and this lady just asks me screening questions just to check off the skills listed in the job description and asks whether I have the right to work in the U.S., nothing more. Isn't this a recruiter's responsibility at the beginning of the process? Finally, three days later I get an e-mail saying "based on the information you provided, it appears this role is not the best fit for you." Huh? Thanks for wasting my time, Capital One!

I had an interview with the hiring manager, and she started to ask about my CV and went through the details of each project, and also asked additional questions about each project, what would happen if we do this or that
The recruiter call me and after a 30 min meeting with HR they set me up for interview with the manager, but no one showed up and they never responded my email

Two technical rounds with case studies and coding + SQL. Coding was just LC easy level and SQL was a bit more challenging but being comfortable with all the key words should be good enough.
