It was 4 rounds of interviews and they moved pretty quickly. I also had to do an underwriting assessment. Everyone was really nice and I was told I should probably hear something within a week of my final interview. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything I reached out to see if a decision had been made and was told they were still deciding and they would let me know asap. After a week and a half I finally got a generic rejection email. It’s not a huge deal but just felt a little off brand for an organization that is so focused on supporting people.
