Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capital Group (Virginia Beach, VA) en nov. 2015
Entretien
The process was relatively short --within a week or so. First, I was contacted via email from a recruiter. I was asked a couple questions surrounding my interest in the position and my background; I was then set up for an official phone interview the next day. The questions were more in-depth; mostly behavioral and situation questions. The interviewer then advised she'd refer me on to the next stage which was supposed to be via webcam the next day. Unfortunately, the interviewer was experiencing technical difficulties therefore it ended up being a second phone interview. The interviewer got my buy-in on the company culture and benefits (which are excellent btw) and explained the onboarding process and training and also what I would be doing-day-to-day.

First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.

There are 2 only been through one on teams it was easy and good they don’t ask you to share your screen and want you to be you. Just be honest and truthful and you will do fine
