Very slow, long and thorough interview process. There is about a weeks time between each step in the interview process. There are 2 phone interviews, 1 web cam interview, then an in person interview onsite. Still waiting for a response.

What did you learn or take away from your last job experience? All others were behavioral questions, like: Tell me about a time you dealt with a disgruntled customer.

well i went to a job fair and i met a recruiter who thought I could be a great fit with capital group, so i went home and applied on line, got a an email to do a web interview and then a phone interview...waiting for the face to face interview next
